ARLINGTON, VA — February 23, 2026 — The Secretariat of the Architecture for REDD+ Transactions (ART) is pleased to announce the acceptance of a TREES Document submitted by Guyana. This document is posted publicly on the ART Registry and is a TREES Monitoring Report for 2024.
 
Stakeholder comments regarding this document may be submitted to REDD@winrock.org. Comments received within 30 days will be forwarded to the program as well as their selected validation and verification body.  Comments submitted after this time will be incorporated into the verification process to the extent possible based on the status of the process on the date of comment submission.
 
The acceptance of this document indicates its completeness and the program’s eligibility to move forward with independent verification by an accredited verification body. Following successful verification, the ART Board may approve the issuance of serialized TREES Credits to Guyana.
