TREES v2.0 was developed by the ART Secretariat, with input from expert committees, between February 2020 and January 2021. The ART Board approved the version for stakeholder consultation in January 2021 and the  public stakeholder consultation period was open from February 1, 2021 to April 2, 2021.

Based on comments in the first consultation, a revised HFLD crediting approach was open for public consultation from May 24, 2021 to June 23, 2021.

All formal comment submissions from both public consultations are available for review using the link below. All individual comments are addressed in the TREES Comment Log. The ART Board considered all comments and made decisions on changes to TREES as detailed in the Statement of Reasons.
